Bronzed Skin? | It's an Essential

I absolutely love bronzed skin. I live for fake tan and I fake tan weekly.

Anyway, today I am talking about bronzed makeup.

Since the contour and highlight trend came around, I just have a living need to apply bronzer when ever I wear makeup, my face doesn’t feel complete.

I use a variety of bronzers, from liquid bronzers, to cream bronzers and I have a couple of powdered bronzers also.

For me, my favourite bronzers of all time are the Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick in ‘Almond’, and the ‘Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel Bronze Universel Bronzing Makeup Base’. What a mouthful ehy.

These are a necessity for a medium-full coverage bronzed makeup look. Otherwise I will tend to just use ‘Benefit Hoola Bronzer’.

Favourite Highlighters | LOVEEEE

Highlighter, to me, is an essential when doing my makeup or even when I have a fresh face.

Personally I prefer liquid highlighters and I will place this onto all of the wanted highlighted areas.

Cheekbones, lightly down the bridge of the nose, cupids bow, above the brows…

I think everyone gets the idea of where highlighter is placed, if not, it’s the highest points of the face which we want to extenuate.

I place highlighter before I do my foundation so it subtly shines through and looks natural.

I do add powdered highlighter on top of my cheekbones if it is a night-time look. Otherwise it’s just the liquid highlighter as a base in which I’ll stick too.

Frankie's and Benny's | LOVEEEE

Frankie's and Benny's is easily my most favourite restaurant ever!

I just love Italian. 

For those who don't know what Frankie's and Benny's is, its a New York Italian restaurant.

The food is amazing but I always get the same thing which is the dough balls and then I get the Chicken Penne Romana Pasta.

I could eat it a thousand times, I never get bored of it.
I also recommend the Frozen Stawberry Daquiri Cocktail, it was amazing!

Snapchat | Chase

Snapchat has to be one of my most favourite apps of all time!

If you don’t know what snapchat is, it’s an application where you take a photo and you can send it to your friends or upload it on your story so people can view it and reply.

The best thing about it is that the snapchats you send to your friends can only be viewed for up to 10 seconds. So that’s an essential if you’ve sent a funny face to your friend like I always do!

If its placed on your story, it’s there for 24 hours!

Packing is such a chore to me.

It’s a horrible process, but I guess unpacking is worse.

I just NEVER know what to pack, and when I pack I take too much.

So how do we know how much we need to take?

My Favourite Concealers for Under Eye Circles | It's an Essential

You may be able to notice from some of the photos uploaded that I do find it quite hard to cover up my dark circles!

I have been to makeup counters and they have tried all sorts.

They've tried telling me that my circles aren't that bad when I, and they, know they are. 

MAC tried covering my dark circles up with Please me Lipstick dabbed on the circles to counteract the bluey tones and then placed MAC mineralise concealer to give it a lightweight fresh look.

This one worked the best but why would you buy a lipstick to just place underneath your dark circles?

I have some alternatives of products which I use and they do work!
Btw - Beauty Blenders are a dream for pressing in concealers and helping it to blend seamlessly into the skin!

American Makeup Haul Wishlist | NEEEED

When I'm in America, there is so much I want to buy!

I have already started making a list, a lot of it is makeup, I will admit that hehe.

I am makeup obsessed and a lot of the makeup I want is cheaper to buy over there as the tax isn't as much as I am just writing it all down at the minute and I will splurge as soon as I get out there.

Some of it isn't makeup but it is designer and if I get my hands on a Chanel classic flap quilted bag, I will feel the luckiest girl in the world!

New Years Resolutions | Life

I never make New Year resolutions because I never stick to them.

2016 is going to be different, I'm not just saying that like the majority.

I am certain this year that I will be at peace, have a healthy mind and body!

I will have a more positive outlook on life!

I have so much to look forward to this year, with my friends especially. 

This year is going to be about my friends and making sure that I make so so many memories with them as I am leaving them all behind for the summer and its going to be heartbreaking.

There is so many people I am going to miss but its onwards and upwards and I can't wait to have this more positive outlook on life.

My Summer Vacation | Life

I cannot believe that under 100 days I will be living in America for the summer. I am so excited as I have never been. 

I will be in Cape Cod, working in a seafood restaurant to gain more hospitality experience as part of my university course.
Cape Cod is a beautiful New England themed island within the state of Massachusetts. It is about an hour and a half away from Boston.
Hopefully I will be able to experience a baseball game whilst there.

I cannot wait for the warm weather and new experiences.

I am so scared though, trust me.
